Virginia soil will also be returned to South Carolina.

At Oakwood Cemetery, Richmond Virginia. Approximately 17,000 Confederate Veterans are at rest here.
In addition adjacent are Black Soldiers, USCT left behind by their government & others. We'll care for them too!
